Welcome to KTW Smart (the "Platform"). These terms govern your use of the Platform services, including website and store building, booking management, CRM, and the marketing center. By registering or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. The Service
The Platform provides multi-tenant smart commerce services. Available modules depend on the plan you subscribe to. The Platform may adjust feature details for operational needs; material changes will be announced in advance.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use.
You warrant that content you publish through the Platform (including content published to social media) is lawfully yours and does not violate laws or the policies of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, LINE, etc.).
3. Social Platform Authorization
By connecting a social account you authorize the Platform to act within the scope you instruct (such as publishing posts, reading performance data, and processing live-comment orders). You may revoke authorization at any time, after which related features stop. Third-party service interruptions, policy changes, or authorization expiry are beyond the control of the Platform; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you but are not liable for their consequences.
4. Subscription and Fees
Prices, billing cycles, and feature scopes of paid plans follow the subscription page. Plan changes and termination follow the instructions there. The Platform may suspend or limit the service for overdue payments.
Payment methods, payment security, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy of the Platform (https://www.ktwsmart.com/payment-and-refund).
5. Your Content and Data
You retain all rights to the content you create on the Platform. You grant the Platform a license to store, process, and transmit such content to the extent necessary to provide the service. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy (https://www.ktwsmart.com/privacy).
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activities, spam, infringement of others rights, interference with the service, or circumvention of security measures. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Changes and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The Platform may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure, with advance notice where practicable. If the Platform terminates the service, a reasonable period will be provided for you to export your data.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. The Platform is not liable for damages arising from causes not attributable to it, including third-party service interruptions and force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
9. Governing Law
